Can I track my order?
Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at hello-etoile@outlook.com.
Which delivery option do you offer?
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from. Choose your shipping method in the checkout.
How long is the delivery time?
United Kingdom:2-4working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Other countries: 10-15 working days
Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of £10. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to hello-etoile@outlook.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
Can I return my order?
You are always welcome to return your order by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 14 days of receiving a product ordered. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged.Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.
Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?
